Katrina Millar: Owner, Manager and Instructor - 3 1/2 years in Rio with 16 years of surfing and 10 years traveling surf spots around the world. She got addicted to surfing at a young age and has lived all her life by surfing ever since. As she says: "surfing is what gives my life happiness and fortune".

                                       

Mauro (Brazilian): Owner, Instructor, Marketing and New Business Manager. Along with Katrina, Mauro designed and concepted the Surf n Stay, and made a drean come true!!! He grew up surfing in the South of Brazil from a young age, to then venture out to the Californian waves. After 6 years in San Diego, a diploma in International Marketing and many good waves in South Cali, Hawaii, and Indo, he moved back to Rio, Brazil. 

     

Chad O' Connor: Coming straight from Ozzy land, Chad has graduated in Business back home and after working with Rip Curl and other companies decided to venture back to Brazil where he had previously spend an year trveling around.

David Nogueira: Head Coach and responsable for managing the Surf lessons. Graduated in Phisical education, he is graduated by the International Surf Association on Level . His long experience as a surf coach ensures that all students are all instruction correct.
