 Description:

Your first time to try or if you want to improve your surfing skills. Try with our certified Instructors that speak fluent English, Spanish or Portuguese. We give great attention to our students with small groups and special coaching to progress each class. Correct equipment will be chosen according to your skills from a collection of safe soft-boards or fiber glass boards.

*Photo sessions are taken to show after classes to analyze and assist in teaching.  

*Classes with small groups of 3 students to each instructor.

* Therory classes before each class, covering what will be done in the water.

* Van to search for the best waves in teh area according to your level.

Description:

 It’s a fun, easy and a great way to explore surfing here in Rio, only if you are experienced to surf solo, though you will be with our local guide.  Each day you will get to the best surfing spot within our area, walking or in the kombi Van. You are given quality equipment and maybe little tips on your riding if the guide sees you need help.

Progressive System of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  

This was a new way of learning and understanding Jiu-Jitsu.  Through systematic practice of the core self-defenses of Jiu-Jitsu, students quickly came to an true understanding of the "Gentle Art".  Sylvio began to teach the Progressive System in seminars and lectures.  It was easily understood by all people, with or without prior martial arts experience in this simplified form.  In 1995 the tragic death of Marcelo Behring brought Sylvio back to Rio.  Buried was the beloved Vale Tudo Champion, Brother, Father, Son and student that was Marcelo.  It was during these trying times that Sylvio again encountered Maurição, who had been away from the world of Jiu-Jitsu for some time.

Description:

This package was developed to suit those travelers that want to get the best waves in Rio and still enjoy the party scene that Rio has to offer. For five night of your package you will stay at the Rio Surf n Stay, so you can get some surf and enjoy some quiet time within the Natural reserves that surround the hostel/surf camp. For the other two nights we will set you up with a hostel either in Ipanema or Copacabana according to your choice and availability. During your time in the city you will be able to enjoy the site scene around town and of course enjoy the night life in Ipanema, Lapa and even go crazy with the "Favela Funk Party" every Sunday night.
