This is a fun after school program offered to schools within the Barra da tijuca and Recreio region. For children to group together and learn surfing with school friends.
This over the last year was run with a Bilingual School (Rio international school) as way to enjoy learning English at the same time learning a new sport. It helps to improve confidence in the ocean and created a way for them to build friends in the new school. The Surf club comes with a team leader, either a teacher or a parent from the group and is then responsible of the children getting to the surf school location.
