The guided surf trips will take you to the best waves of the day within the recreio region. According to your level, our experienced local guides will follow the swell and wind charts to get the conditions that best suit you and your level.
Our waves range is within Recreio area, expanding down to Barra da Tijuca and Guaratiba area. Amongst these spots we are certain to find good conditions that will make a fun session. On normal days the wave’s size varies between 2 to 4 ft. Most spots are beach breaks, with few exceptions located further away.
Also as Rio de Janeiro offers many different spots along its coast, Rio Surf n Stay also offers 4 to 7 days guided surf trips within set dates. These trips will explore the north coast of Rio including surf spots like Saquarema, Arraial do Cabo and other semi-secret spots only known by locals. These trips are for intermediate to advanced surfers, not including tuition and only taking exclusive groups with a minimum of 5 surfers.
