Mauro Bender – General Manager and Surf Instructor
 
Mauro has first started surfing at a young age In South of Brazil. He moved to San Diego, California for 6 years where he studied and surfed. Before relocating to Brazil, Mauro enjoyed his time traveling to different surf destinations as Mexico, Hawaii, Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand. For the last 4 years, he and his wife have dedicating themselves to the surf tourism industry, hosting surfers travelers from all over the world in Rio.
 
 
Katrina Millar – Manager and Surf Instructor
 
Originally from New Zealand, Katrina left home looking for the best waves around the globe. She has lived in Australia, Europe, United States and now has settle in Brazil, where she works as a surf instructor and local tour guide taking people form all over the world to experience the best waves Brazil has to offer.
 
 
Suzan Kato – Marketing and Finances
 
Originally from São Paulo, Suzan moved to Rio de Janeiro looking for a great lifestyle that could reconcile her work with surfing.
